Under the New Homes Quality Code, homebuyers have the right to request a Pre-Completion Inspection before Legal Completion of the property. This means that developers are legally required to allow independent, third-party advisors to inspect the property and ensure that it has been completed to acceptable standards. As a result, homebuyers can have peace of mind knowing that they are making a sound investment in a quality home that meets their expectations.  The pre-completion survey includes the following:

• Tiles & Sanitary Ware (Baths, Shower Trays, Basins, Taps, Sinks,Towel Rail)
• Services (Lights, Sockets, Wiring, Consumer Unit, Extractors, Heating, Door Bell)
• Appliances (Cooker, Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine)
• External Walls, Vents and Drains
• Chimney, Roof and Gutters
• Garage, Balcony and Porch
